It is the biggest development in the Caylee Anthony murder mystery since the aquittal of Casey Anthony in July of 2011.

Rev. Richard Grund is attempting to stop the sale of investigative author Timothy Charles Holmseth’s new ebook “In Re: Caylee Anthony (the shocking truth explained)” on Amazon Kindle - claiming a copyright infringement on a photo that was used by permission.

“Below is the contact information of the third party who claims you infringed its rights. ‘Richard J Grund’,” Amazon said.

The ebook, which was released on June 9, 2014, reveals secrets about Casey Anthony, Caylee Anthony, and Rev. Grund; and exactly what occurred in the Anthony home before Caylee died.

The volatile details were known exclusively by Holmseth from interviews he conducted with Grund in May of 2009.

Grund’s studio photo was used with permission in Holmseth’s first book regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, which was published in 2011.

Grund and his private detective, William (Cobra) Staubs, contacted Holmseth after the publishing of Holmseth’s first book and continued to advance a media relationship with him.

Grund never rescinded his media and copyright permissions, and rather, attempted to further advance a relationship.

Grund’s attempt to stop the sale of “In Re: Caylee Anthony (the shocking truth explained)” via a contrived copyright claim shows that Grund does not want the public to learn what Holmseth is revealing in the book.

Holmseth assisted the attorneys of the National Enquirer when Grund filed a slander/libel lawsuit against the publication. Grund's lawsuit was dismissed by the Florida Court and the dismissal was upheld by the Appeals Court.
